I start my client relationships with a marketing "therapy" session. Before I recommend anything, I want to understand what's really going on: what's been tried, what hasn't worked, and why. It's an assessment that builds knowledge before treatment starts, because the fix only works if the diagnosis is right.
If we're a fit, the work that follows depends on what you actually need. Some engagements are structured and time-limited: a defined problem, a fixed number of sessions, a clear endpoint. Others are open-ended where I can sit alongside your team as things evolve. Either way, you'll know which one you're getting, and why, before we start.

Marketing therapy
Let's establish a regular working relationship. I will schedule weekly/bi-weekly calls to discuss your marketing needs. I will act as a fractional senior marketer. We can work on strategy, managing third parties, and generally getting your marketing in order
Marketing workshops
If you need to know where you are and what you need we can do a one-off workshop with the team. You will get a full report, and the option to action your requirements through The Marketing Therapist, or get introductions to the right team to help you meet your goals.
Startup Marketing Clinic - private workshop
We run startup marketing clinics across Brussels and Cambridge. No matter what stage your startup is at I can help you to define what you need, what you don't need and how to plan for marketing as a key pillar in your growing business.
Accelerator/Incubator support
For an accelerator or incubator, we build a short marcomms track that sits alongside your existing curriculum: a diagnostic to find the real gaps, a handful of sessions on investor narrative and audience targeting, an always-on layer for ongoing support, and content calibrated to your sector's regulatory and buyer realities.
